KM Malta Airlines Ranks 5th Best In World In 2025

KM Malta Airlines has been ranked the fifth best airline worldwide in the 2025 AirHelp Global Airline Survey, standing out among 117 carriers and emerging as one of Europe’s strongest performers.

The survey, which evaluates airlines on punctuality, customer satisfaction, and claims-handling processes, highlights KM Malta Airlines’ steady progress since its launch.

The airline achieved an impressive 7.85 overall score, securing a place among industry leaders such as Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, and Virgin Atlantic.

Particularly notable is the airline’s performance in On-Time Performance, where it placed second worldwide with a score of 8.7, reflecting its commitment to reliability and efficient operations.

The results underscore KM Malta Airlines’ focus on providing consistent, high-quality passenger experiences, from timely departures to attentive customer service.
