Just 4 Days Left Until Spectacular Valletta NYE Celebration

We can’t help but reminisce about last year’s New Year’s Eve celebration as we ramp up excitement for this year’s Valletta New Year’s Eve Celebration!

The celebrations will open with Glen Vella and his band, followed by the Palace String Orchestra performing alongside local favourites Aidan Drakard, Denise, Gaia, Karin Duff, Keith Zammit Mintoff, and Klinsmann.

Later, DJs Denzel Jo Armani and Wayne will take over with high-energy sets guaranteed to keep the crowd dancing.

An immersive audiovisual countdown will signal the arrival of 2026, accompanied by the largest firework display Malta has ever seen in the Grand Harbour, created in collaboration with sixteen firework factories.

International star John Newman will take the stage at midnight, thrilling audiences with his global hits and chart-topping collaborations. DJ Gabii will close the night with a final set, ensuring the celebrations continue into the early hours.

The event was officially unveiled by Minister for Culture Owen Bonnici and Valletta Cultural Agency Chairman Jason Micallef. Organised by the Valletta Cultural Agency and G7 Events, the evening will be hosted by Jamie Cardona, Taryn Mamo Cefai, and Ron Briffa.
