Jurgen Cassar Identified As Ħal Qormi Garbage Truck Accident Victim

According to reports by Times of Malta, the victim of the garbage pick-up truck accident in Ħal Qormi this morning has been identified as Jurgen Cassar.
Known as ‘tal-Fieres’, Cassar passed away this morning after reports were received police that a man was trapped in garbage truck machinery.
Police and civil protection officials arrived immediately on site, but the victim was unfortunately pronounced deceased on site.
