Joseph Portelli Becomes New Owner Of Italian Side Ars Et Labor Ferrara

Joseph Portelli has become the new owner of Ferrara Calcio with immediate effect, following an agreement with the previous owners Juan Martin Molinari and Andres Adolfo Marengo, signed today in Rome.

The club announced that it is totally committed to returning Ars et Labor Ferrara to the level that its history and tradition deserve, while honouring the Club's glorious past, making every decision according to the values of Transparency, Integrity, Competence and Ambition, principles that have always characterised the club's successes, both in the world of football and in business.

With immediate effect, Mr. Marcel Bonnici has been appointed as CEO of the Club, with further appointments within the corporate structure will be announced in the coming weeks.

The club expressed its wish to meet with representatives of the media at a Press Conference to be held at the Paolo Mazza Stadium in Ferrara, with the dates and details of the event to be announced in the coming days.

The club also intend to meet its supporters, who represent the beating heart and the most precious asset of this Club. It will be an opportunity to present the club's project, share the vision that will guide the future of Ars et Labor Ferrara, and reaffirm our commitment to giving our all for the club.
