Jamie Cardona Brings Back ‘Noti Mil-Loki Ta’ Big G’s’ This September

Following the success of its first run, FM Theatre Productions is bringing Jamie Cardona’s “Noti mil-Loki ta’ Big G’s” back to the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta for six performances this September.

The production will take place on 11, 12, 13, 18, 19 and 20 September 2026, offering audiences another opportunity to experience a unique blend of theatre, live music and Maltese nightlife.

The show follows the acclaimed “Mid-Djarju ta’ Student fi Skola tal-Knisja” and presents a more mature version of its protagonist as he navigates heartbreak, chaotic nights out and the challenges of growing up.

Written and performed by Jamie Cardona, the production combines humour, live performance and personal storytelling as he takes on a wide range of characters while interacting directly with the audience.

The show moves between the stage, live and recorded camera work, backstage spaces and the fictional world of Big G’s, creating an experience that blends a play, a concert and a late-night confession.

Directed by Vikesh Godhwani, the production features original music by Cardona and Aleandro Spiteri Monsigneur, who also serves as musical director.

Five original songs performed by Cardona are incorporated into the story, alongside puppetry by Theatre Anon, multimedia elements and innovative staging.

The return of the production gives new audiences the chance to experience the show, while offering previous attendees an opportunity to revisit its distinctive mix of comedy, music and Maltese cultural references. Tickets and further information are available through ShowsHappening.
