“Iż-Żunżana Ddur Iddur” Returns For Next Edition In Imqabba Square

The popular community event “Iż-Żunżana Ddur Iddur” is set to return, this time in Imqabba Square, following a successful edition in Mtarfa.

The initiative aims to bring together families and residents from across the area in a lively and welcoming setting.

The square, which has been closed in recent weeks due to extensive maintenance works by the Public Works Department, is expected to reopen in the coming days. The event will mark its reopening on Saturday 25 April from 17:00 onwards.

Attendees can enjoy a varied programme including food stalls, beverages, children’s games, and interactive family activities, alongside live music and entertainment.

Parliamentary Secretary for Public Works Omar Farrugia invited the public to attend the free event, highlighting it as a celebration of recent improvements.

Mayor Grace Marie Zerafa also praised the works and encouraged residents to participate in what promises to be a vibrant community gathering.
