When it comes to shelter animals, the focus is usually on dogs. But MSPCA are spotlighting their feline friends this June with “Shelter Cat Adoption Month.”

The shelter posted a series of images on their social media of cats who are still waiting for their forever home.

“Every cat has their own unique personality and story,” said MSPCA, “Some are playful and outgoing, while others need a little time to trust - but all deserve a second chance.”

They proceeded to explain that by adopting from the shelter not only gives a sweet animal a second chance, but it also frees up more space for new animals to go into their care.

“If you’ve been thinking about adding a feline friend to your family, come and meet our wonderful residents. Your perfect match could be waiting for yo,” they concluded.
