While temperatures are still expected to reach the mid-20s during the day, night-time temperatures could drop to as low as 19°C, with northwesterly winds adding to the chill.

Friday is forecast to see light morning showers, while Saturday could bring more isolated showers and rather strong winds. By Sunday, conditions are expected to become partly cloudy, although windy weather is set to persist.

Despite daytime temperatures remaining relatively warm, the combination of cooler evenings and stronger winds means that a light jacket or hoodie could come in handy, particularly for those spending time outdoors.

With October underway, Malta is gradually moving towards more typical autumn conditions, making it the perfect time to swap lighter summer outfits for something a little warmer.
