“Is-Salib Hu Ċentrali F’Dak Kollu Li Hu Malti, Għalhekk Dak Hu Tiegħi Wkoll”, Says Omar Rababah

Sharing his speech during a recent Labour Party rally, new candidate Omar Rababah said that ‘the Cross is central to everything that is Maltese, so that means it is mine as well and I will defend it with all my strength.’

‘You can take these words and keep them as a contract between us’, he wrote.

‘Don’t let anyone shove a wedge between us’, he told the Labour supporters. ‘There are those who have legitimate questions, and I encourage them to message me and I will reply. But there are those who are leading a coordinated campaign. I will continue to resist the attacks and build something with them.’

During his speech, Rababah recounted moments from his life that show his long life in Malta, campaigning as an activist, studying in local education, as well as building his own family.

‘The politics of love always wins’, he added.
