ION Harbour by Simon Rogan Remains Malta’s Only Two Michelin-Starred Restaurant

Following the latest Michelin Guide Malta announcements, ION Harbour by Simon Rogan at Iniala Harbour House has retained its two Michelin stars.

This makes them the island’s only two Michelin-starred restaurant for the third consecutive year.

Led by Simon Rogan, Oli Marlow, and Christian Cali, ION Harbour is celebrated for its precise, innovative cuisine. Its farm-to-table menus highlight Malta’s natural bounty, collaborating with local farmers and suppliers.

“Retaining two Michelin stars is a proud moment for our team and a meaningful acknowledgement of the consistency, craft, and care that define our work,” stated patron chef Simon Rogan.

“At the heart of this approach is a deep respect for sustainability and an ongoing commitment to working closely with local producers,” he concluded.
