“Intensive Training” Begins For 83 Aspiring Malta Police Force Constables

83 aspiring police constables have officially started their training as part of the 52nd Basic Training Course at the Academy for Disciplined Forces.
The Malta Police Force announced the start of the new course in a social media post, explaining that recruits will undergo an intensive training programme over the next year on their way to joining the local police force.
The programme, in collaboration with the University of Malta, combines academic studies with practical experience to better prepare recruits for the realities of modern policing.
As part of the new approach, trainees will take part in on-the-job placements, giving them the opportunity to gain real-world experience while developing the skills needed to serve and protect communities across the Maltese Islands.
The Malta Police Force also said that members of the previous Basic Training Course are preparing for their Passing Out Parade, which is expected to take place in the coming weeks.
Congratulating both groups on their progress, the post ended by wishing the recruits every success on their journey towards a career in law enforcement.
