Iniala Valletta has unveiled WITHIN, its new luxury wellbeing and longevity concept, at the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) Global Summit 2026 in Malta, hosted by the Malta Tourism Authority.

The announcement marks a significant milestone in Iniala’s continued expansion, bringing together new hospitality spaces, international design collaborations, gastronomy and personalised wellbeing.

Founded by Mark Weingard, who also founded Iniala Group, WITHIN represents the next chapter in the group’s evolution, extending its approach to luxury hospitality into health, wellbeing and longevity through medical expertise, advanced technology and highly personalised experiences.

A New Chapter for Iniala Valletta

Recognised as a Forbes Five-Star, two-Michelin-Key hotel overlooking the Grand Harbour and home to the two-Michelin-starred ION Harbour by Simon Rogan, Iniala Valletta continues to strengthen its position as a distinctive international luxury hospitality destination.

The group’s ongoing investment in Valletta includes the recent opening of the Solis Wing, designed by acclaimed Spanish architecture studio A-Cero, alongside Anaalā, a new Thai restaurant by internationally renowned chef Ian Kittichai.

During the WTTC Global Summit, Iniala also introduced its forthcoming palazzo development, conceived in collaboration with Imperfettolab Italy, DAAA Haus and Greta Design, with Working Title, Berlin developing a complementary fashion concept.

The project will further expand Iniala’s hospitality portfolio, bringing together architecture, contemporary design, fashion and lifestyle within a distinctive new setting.

These developments form part of a broader strategy to expand and diversify Iniala’s collection of spaces and experiences, strengthening its presence in Valletta while extending its international reach.

Introducing WITHIN: Luxury Wellbeing and Longevity

Building on this vision, WITHIN extends Iniala’s hospitality philosophy into an integrated approach to health, wellbeing and longevity, bringing together 12 disciplines spanning medical wellness, physical performance, spa, beauty, recovery, nutrition, mental wellbeing and lifestyle.

The concept combines medical expertise with advanced technologies and personalised care, including bloodwork, body composition assessments and PNOĒ metabolic diagnostics, creating experiences informed by each individual’s needs and priorities.

Central to WITHIN’s development is its partnership with St James Hospital, its principal medical partner, bringing established medical expertise into the concept.

This is complemented by an international network of specialist partners and leading brands, including Tim Biohacker, HIPOtech, PNOĒ, Natura Bissé, Sunlighten, VISBODY, Starpool, Inhale H2, Stephen Cordina and The Tula Code.

Further expanding Iniala’s portfolio of spaces, WITHIN Suites & Residences are planned to open in 2028, comprising nine suites and four residences.

The development will introduce a dedicated hospitality environment designed around the concept’s integrated approach to luxury wellbeing and longevity.

An International Unveiling at WTTC 2026

As a main sponsor of the WTTC Global Summit, hosted by the Malta Tourism Authority, Iniala presented WITHIN through an immersive exhibition featuring live demonstrations of breathing, oxygen and recovery technologies.

The presentation introduced the concept to an international audience of travel and tourism leaders, while providing a platform to showcase Iniala’s expanding hospitality portfolio and continued investment in Valletta.

The unveiling reflects the group’s wider ambition to redefine luxury hospitality through the integration of design, gastronomy, innovation, pathfinding, intuitive service and wellbeing, creating distinctive spaces and experiences that respond to the evolving expectations of international travellers.

“From the moment we opened our doors in Valletta, we knew we were building something far greater, a new kind of luxury, one that places world-class design, extraordinary gastronomy, and transformative wellbeing at the very heart of one of the world’s great historic cities", said Mark Weingard, Founder and Chief Curator of Iniala.
