ĊineAmbjent Film Festival Returns Across Malta And Gozo

ĊineAmbjent, Friends of the Earth Malta’s Environmental Film Festival, returns from 15 to 18 October with a selection of films from Malta and around the world exploring our relationship with the environment and the communities connected to it.

Taking place across Malta and Gozo, this year’s programme covers a range of issues, from food and farming, ocean conservation and plastic pollution to wildlife, Indigenous resistance, overtourism, workers’ rights and environmental justice.

Alongside film screenings, the festival will feature panel discussions, conversations with activists and organisations, family-friendly films and activities for children.

Supported by Arts Council Malta, ĊineAmbjent aims to use film to encourage conversations about the environmental challenges shaping our world.

The festival runs from 15 to 18 October at various venues all across Malta and Gozo.
