Here’s What A Street In Sliema Looked Like In 1960’s

A local user shared an old photo of Triq Tal-Katidral, Tas-Sliema back in the 1960’s, showing the day to day life and the old vehicles in the street.

Dewi Adzriel Chaniago shared the photo to Nostalgia Malta, showing the old buildings and the cars, as well as the 1960’s clothing fashion of some individuals walking along.

Some commented on how the parking situation doesn’t seem to have changed much, with one car parked halfway on the pavement as another car waits to drive onwards.
