The winners of Mużika Mużika 2026 not only took home prestigious titles but also significant monetary prizes following this year’s competition.

Taking first place was Jasmine with her song Nistaqsi, composed by Glen Vella and written by Philip Vella. The winning entry earned a top prize of €20,000.

In second place, Daniel Cauchi secured €10,000 with Niftakarna, a song he co-composed alongside Chris Gatt and Robert Spiteri, with lyrics by Michael Spagnol.

Third place went to Kevin Paul with Int u Jien, earning €5,000. The song was both composed and written by Kevin Paul, Edward Abela, and Matthew James.

Additional awards were also presented during the evening. Nistaqsi won Best Musical Arrangement, with Edward Mifsud recognised for his work, while Niftakarna earned the award for Best Interpretation, further highlighting Daniel Cauchi’s strong performance.

This year’s edition once again celebrated Maltese-language music, talent, and creativity, with winners being recognised both artistically and financially.
