Here Is Everyone Elected Through PL's Casual Elections

Today, the Labour Party's casual elections are taking place following the 2026 General Election, with candidates competing to fill parliamentary seats vacated by MPs elected from more than one district.
Under Malta's electoral system, candidates can contest two districts and, if elected in both, must relinquish one seat, triggering a casual election to determine a replacement.
Several Labour MPs, including Prime Minister Robert Abela and other Cabinet members, vacated seats after being elected in multiple districts, resulting in contests across a number of electoral districts.
Here are all the candidates elected through Labour’s casual elections:
Rebecca Buttigieg:
Clint Azzopardi Flores:
Naomi Cachia:
Alex Muscat:
Andy Ellul:
Franco Mercieca:
Ramona Attard and Mariah Meli were also elected.
