Malta’s culinary scene has secured another international boost, with the latest edition of the MICHELIN Guide confirming the islands’ growing reputation as a high-quality gastronomic destination.
The 2026 selection features 48 restaurants, including six newly recommended establishments, while all seven starred restaurants retained their distinctions.
Rosamì, Fernandõ Gastrotheque, Under Grain, Noni, De Mondion, Le GV are all awarded with a Michelin star.
In addition, ION Harbour maintains its position as the only restaurant on the island with 2 Michelin stars.
