Recently, Maltese chocolatier Andrew Farrugia broke his third Guinness World Records title by creating the world’s longest chocolate sculpture: a 55.27 metre long old-style train.

The creation, composed of one locomotive and 22 carriages, each carrying up to 160kg made out of Belgian chocolate, is longer than the length of an Olympic swimming pool and not far off the wingspan of a 747 jumbo jet.

The video of the creation has been making the social media rounds, amassing over 449k views on Facebook and 591k views on Instagram.

‘Andrew is not only a talented chocolate artist with a life-long culinary career, but also a senior lecturer of culinary arts and chocolate-making at the Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS) in Malta’, explained the official Guinness World Record description of the record.
