Gozo Farmhouse Vows Legal Action Against Anyone Spreading Ghost Claims

A post shared on GozoStays Facebook has stated that the owners of a farmhouse will take legal action against anyone associating it with the recent farmhouse involved in an alleged paranormal attack.

‘It has come to our attention that circulating rumours are falsely linking our property, Rummiena in Xewkija, to a recent news story involving a group of guests leaving a farmhouse in Gozo’, the post says.

‘​We wish to state categorically and unequivocally that these rumours are completely false’, it continued, saying that the property was vacant on the dates in question.

‘No guests were checked in, and no such incident ever took place on our premises… spreading false and unfounded claims damages our business and reputation. We are taking this matter very seriously.’

‘​Legal Action: We will not tolerate the dissemination of false information. Any individual or party found spreading or continuing to circulate these defamatory statements will face direct legal action.’
