Gozo Channel released a warning of possible delays and cancellations in the face of bad weather.
Malta has been hit with strong winds, potentially reaching up to Force 10, which may result in the Gozo Channel having to halt its operations.
Currently operations to Cirkewwa South Quay are still underway, but delays are to be expected.
For the next two days, Malta and Gozo will be faced with heavy rainfall, strong winds, and little to no sunshine as a cyclonic system settles in the Mediterranean.
