Prime Minister Robert Abela attended the marathon held in aid of Dar Bjorn, where he met Bjorn and other people living with ALS. The experience once again highlighted the courage, positivity and dedication shown by those facing this challenging condition.

During the event, the Government made a €20,000 donation through the Social Causes Fund to support Dar Bjorn and its vital work providing care and assistance to people living with ALS.

The contribution reflects the Government’s continued commitment to supporting organisations that provide essential services and make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Prime Minister Abela expressed his admiration for the strength and determination of those he met, stressing the importance of solidarity and support for people living with ALS and their families.
