Floriana Garden Sustains Heavy Damage Due To Storm Harry

Unfortunately, due to Storm Harry, Floriana’s garden sustained some heavy damage, with a tree even falling on the monument of Vincenzo Bugeja.
This was reported by Deputy Mayor James Aaron Ellul, who shared photos sent to him by Mark Frendo.
The photos show fallen trees, broken statues and other damages to the monument.
The relevant authorities are notified of the damage, reported Ellul, saying that the required work will be undertaken once the storm is clear.
He said that the photos show just how dangerous this weather can be, urging people to stay inside.
