Fishermen Invited To Apply For Storm Harry Damage Compensation

Fishermen with vessels registered under MFA, MFB, or MFC are invited to submit applications for damages sustained to their vessels or fishing gear as a result of Storm Harry.
Parliamentary Secretary for Fisheries, Aquaculture and Animal Rights Alicia Bugeja Said announced this in a statement and comes after aid was announced for those sustained damage to their property during the intense weather.
Applications are open from 2 February 2026 to 13 February 2026 and must be submitted in person at the Department’s offices.
