Farewell Mass For Baby Nathan To be held Monday In Ħaż-Żebbuġ As Malta Mourns Tragic Loss

The Maltese community continues to grieve following the heartbreaking loss of one-year-old Nathan, who tragically passed away after allegedly being left in a car in Imsida earlier this week.

The incident, which occurred on Wednesday afternoon at around 2:00 p.m., prompted an immediate response from emergency services. Despite their efforts, the young child was sadly pronounced dead shortly after. Police investigations and a magisterial inquiry, led by Magistrate Dr Monica Borg Galea LL.D., are currently underway.

In the wake of the tragedy, Josef Felice Funeral Services – Tal-Bonċ in Ħaż-Żebbuġ announced that a celebration Mass to bid farewell to little Nathan will be held on Monday, 13th October 2025, at 3:30 p.m., at the Parish Church of St Philip of Aggira, Ħaż-Żebbuġ.

The family has asked those attending to wear colourful clothing.
