A video by the European Parliament of MEP’s Alex Agius Saliba’s charger speech has gone absolutely TikTok viral, amassing a whopping 11.6 million views on the platform.
The video has Saliba hold up a bundle of different chargers, saying that ‘this is the past’, and then holding up a USB-C charger and saying ‘This is the present.’
The video quickly cuts to a montage of the USB-C charger in front of a number of backgrounds, with Rihanna’s ‘Where Have You Been’ playing in the background.
