Enjoy ION's Michelin Star Experience On A Luxury Yacht With ION At Sea

Fine dining reaches new horizons this summer as ION Harbour unveils ‘ION at Sea,’ an exclusive private chef's table experience aboard a luxury Riva 44 yacht cruising Malta's spectacular Grand Harbour.

Available every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday until the 4th of October 2026, each sailing is reserved for just one party of two to four guests, offering one of the Mediterranean's most intimate culinary experiences.

Led by Chef Charlie Wilson and Executive Chef Oli Marlow, the menu celebrates the finest Maltese ingredients through an immersive tasting journey, with every dish prepared and presented before guests while its story is shared by the team.

Guests can choose between a sunset Dinner Cruise starting at 7:30pm or the Ultimate Cruise, which kicks off at 2:30pm, combining coastal sailing, swimming and an unforgettable evening meal beneath the stars.

The Dinner Cruise starts at €1,995 for two, with the Ultimate Cruise from €3,495.

Paired with exceptional wines or a carefully curated non-alcoholic selection, ION at Sea promises a truly unique gastronomic adventure.
