Education Minister Reacts To Stabbing Incident In School

Clifton Grima, Minister for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation, has released a statement reacting to the stabbing which occurred early this morning at Saint Clare College in Pembroke.
“This morning I was informed that in Saint Clare College Secondary in Pembroke, an argument occurred between to students of foreign nationality were allegedly a sharp weapon was used,” stated Minister Grima.
“One of the students was taken to the hospital were he is being given care for the injuries he suffered,” he continued.
Minister Grima reaffirmed that the Victim Support Agency is giving help to both students and educators that helped in the case. He also confirmed that the school is complying with all investigations carried out by police.
