Former Prime Minister and President Emeritus Eddie Fenech Adami is marking his 92nd birthday, with thousands paying tribute to his political legacy that helped reshape Malta’s modern history.
His son, Nationalist Party MP Beppe Fenech Adami, shared an emotional montage video on Facebook, highlighting moments from his father’s life and decades of public service.
Eddie Fenech Adami served as Malta’s Prime Minister between 1987 and 1996, before returning to office from 1998 to 2004. He later went on to serve as Malta’s seventh President from 2004 until 2009.
