E-ID Issue Fully Resolved As Students Receive MATSEC Results

Officials have confirmed that issues related to E-ID access have finally been resolved after technical difficulties affected a number of websites which required users to input their electronic identification.

This includes students receiving their MATSEC A-level and O-level results today.

Any website which required the use of a person’s E-ID account, such as MyHealth, websites to pay bills, and the University of Malta results portal, were temporarily down following technical difficulties.

Officials have confirmed that these are now sorted, and your E-ID should be working as originally intended.
