The Department of Information shared a fascinating glimpse into Malta’s maritime and sporting heritage, showcasing the Victory Day Regatta and celebrations taking place years ago.
The footage showcases the annual sporting event which has become such a staple of our country’s heritage, as well as the ġostra, another traditional game.
‘We would love to hear from anyone who remembers the regatta in those days and can share further information or memories’, wrote the DOI.
