Dog Found Soaking Wet Out In The Streets: Named Prince

A dog was picked up soaking wet from the streets by a woman who passed him over to Animal Welfare.
The dog, now named Prince, has been given over to Association for Abandoned Animals for further care. Prince ‘literally looked like a wet rat. Poor, poor dog, what misery.’
‘His body is not the worst we had ever seen but nothing great: lots of bad teeth, thinning fur and skin that needed some medication as well.’
