db Foundation Raise €40,000 For Dar tal-Providenza

db Foundation have raised €40,000 euro all in aid of Dar tal-Providenza through the event ‘Dreams of Independence: A Night of Giving.’

The evening of solidarity and generosity brought together business leaders, community supporters, and partners to raise as many funds as possible for a good cause.

Dar tal-Providenza is expanding their model of care through the development of independent living facilities in numerous villages across Malta and Gozo.

All of the costs that went into the event were covered by the db Foundation, ensuring that every single donation raised went directly to supporting the cause.

This donation will go towards a flatlet in Ħamrun, where a young woman with intellectual disabilities, who also holds a job, can now look to the future and live a more independent life,” stated Fr Martin Micallef, Director of Dar tal-Providenza.

While presenting the cheque, Sandra Sladden, db Foundation Chairperson thanked all contributors and emphasised the importance of initiatives like these in facilitating independence for others.
