Daphne Caruana Galizia’s Father Thanks Protestors For Continuing Their Fight For Justice

Daphne Caruana Galizia’s father, Michael Vella has shared a touching message thanking protestors for continuing to support their fight for justice despite the trials they have faced.

Vella opened his post by recounting a memory of his late wife and grandchildren picking olives in Galizia’s garden only a few days before her assassination. He laments how a staple Maltese activity was “experienced by [their] family only once”.

Speaking on the trial of Yorgen Fenech, Vella asserts that their fight for justice has “entered a new phase”, and expressed his gratitude to everyone who has attended their protests and gatherings over the past 9 years.
