CUPRA Unveils The Raval: A New Electric Urban Car Challenging Expectations

CUPRA has unveiled the Raval, a new electric urban car designed to challenge traditional expectations of city mobility by combining bold design, sporty performance and advanced technology.

Inspired by Barcelona’s Raval neighbourhood, the new model represents a new generation of electric vehicles developed for drivers seeking individuality, personalisation and an engaging driving experience.

Designed, developed and produced in Barcelona, the CUPRA Raval aims to bring emotion and character to electric mobility.

Built on the new MEB+ platform, the vehicle measures around 4 metres in length, offering compact dimensions suited for urban driving while maintaining precise handling and a versatile interior. CUPRA said the model combines everyday practicality with the brand’s performance-focused driving approach.

All versions of the CUPRA Raval feature a sport chassis lowered by 15 mm, tuned suspension, progressive steering and ESC Sport technology to deliver a dynamic driving experience.

The higher-performance CUPRA Raval VZ version adds features including CUP Bucket seats, DCC Sport suspension, ESC OFF mode, 19-inch alloy wheels with wider tyres and an electronic slip differential.

The model also introduces digital features including CUPRA’s E Launch system and an Android-powered infotainment system designed to enhance connectivity.

The CUPRA Raval will be available with different battery sizes, power outputs and trim options, providing customers with a range of configurations suited to different driving needs.
