Crib & Diorama Exhibition At Dar Bjorn Chapel

An exhibition of Christmas cribs and dioramas is being held at the chapel of Dar Bjorn in Ħaż-Żebbuġ.

The exhibition is being organised by Joe Abdilla and features works created entirely by Maltese crib makers.

Visitors can view a variety of scenes and styles, ranging from popular and biblical styles to episodes drawn from stories in the Bible.

These include scenes from Genesis, the birth of the Messiah, the flight into Egypt, as well as a contemporary crib.

The exhibition opened on 15 December and will remain open until 6 January. It is open daily from 5.30pm to 8.30pm. On Sundays and public holidays, it is also open in the morning from 10.00am to 12.00pm.
