Crew Member In Need Of Medical Attention Rescued By AFM Helicopter

Earlier today, the Rescue Coordination Centre received a request for assistance of a person that required medical attention aboard a vessel in the North of Malta.
An Armed Forces of Malta helicopter successfully carried out a medical evacuation, with the crew member brought aboard the AFM aircraft.
The individual was handed over to the medical staff of Mater Dei Hospital for further medical care upon landing.
