CPD Rescue Border Collie That Fell Down Swatar Well

Malta’s Civil Protection Department recently conducted a rescue operation after a Border Collie fell into a well approximately 11 metres deep.
Rescuers from Fire Station 2 responded to the incident and, using specialised rope access techniques, successfully and safely retrieved the distressed dog.
The dog was rescued without injury and handed over for further care. CPD Malta thanked Animal Welfare Malta for their assistance during the operation.
