CPD Release Yellow Warning As More Intense Weather To Hit

Civil Protection Malta have issued a yellow weather warning, advising people that intense weather conditions are set to hit starting this evening.
‘Weather conditions are expected to worsen during the early hours of Monday (around 1:00–4:00 AM), with stronger winds reaching Force 7 (Near Gale) at times and higher gusts. Rough seas and light rainfall are also expected’, wrote CPD.
People are urged to exercise caution, especially during the morning and daytime hours, to avoid working from heights, and to remain alert for changing weather conditions.
In case of emergencies, people are urged to call 112, with CPD teams set to be on standby and closely monitoring the situation.
