CPD Malta Officers Complete Mission In Portugal

Firefighters from the Civil Protection Malta have successfully completed their mission in Portugal and are thus on their way back home.
They are expected to arrive today at around 2100hrs after they formed part of the EU Civil Protection & Humanitarian Aid Mechanism’s Pre-Positioning Programme.
The deployment helped strengthen Malta’s bonds with neighbouring countries while providing vital support during the wildlife season.
