CPD Issue Yellow Weather Warning As Winds Hit Force 8

The public is once again being urged to be wary as the Civil Protection Department issue another yellow weather warning due to intensifying winds.
Weather conditions are expected to worsen during the early hours of Thursday, the CPD explained, with strong winds reaching Force 7-8 (Near Gale) at times, accompanied by high gusts and rough seas.
The public is being urged to exercise increased caution, to secure loose and outdoor objects, and to avoid working at heights such as rooftops, scaffolding and balconies.
In case of emergency, people are urged to call 112 as teams remain on standby while monitoring the situation with other emergency services.
