CPD Extinguishes Structure Fire In St Julian's

The Civil Protection Department responded to a fire yesterday evening at St George’s Park in St Julian’s.
A bedroom on the fourth floor erupted into flames, with firefighters from Stations 4 and 11 bringing it under control.
CPD reported that a total of four fire pumps and a turntable ladder were deployed to the incident.
A medical team from Mater Dei’s emergency department treated two people for smoke inhalation, who were subsequently discharged on scene.
The whole building was evacuated to ensure the safety of all occupants.
