Court Confirms Planning Authority Decision On Xagħra Residential Development

The Planning Authority has welcomed a Court of Appeal ruling that confirms it acted correctly and in full compliance with planning law when granting a permit for a residential development in Xagħra, Gozo.

The judgment upholds the earlier decision of the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal, which found that the permit was issued following a fair and transparent process, fully aligned with local planning policies and technical standards.
