Colin Aquilina and Rachel Vella Celebrate Twenty Four Year Anniversary

On October 4th, 2025, Maltese entrepreneur Colin Aquilina, co-founder of ROCS Group, and media personality Rachel Vella marked their 24th wedding anniversary with heartfelt social media tributes that touched many of their followers.

In his post, Aquilina reflected on their journey together, saying that while Facebook often asks, “What’s on your mind?”, what truly matters to him is family.

Marking what he called “the 25th chapter of our story,” he looked back on more than two decades of love, writing, “Against all odds, we’ve managed to keep the flame alive.”

He recalled the milestones they’ve shared; seven years of Tista’ Tkun Int!,many years at ROCS, two children, and countless challenges and successes, admitting that, despite the years, “I still feel exactly like I did on that very first day… the first day I saw you, the first day I kissed you, the first moment I told myself I would do anything for this woman.”

Aquilina described love as “not about taking, owning, or forcing,” but about “giving, about making the person next to you feel special, no matter what life throws your way.”

He ended his tribute by telling Vella, “You’ve made me the happiest man on earth. You’ve made our family so incredibly special that words will never be enough to describe it… You are, and will always be, extraordinary.”

Rachel Vella, known for her long-standing career in Maltese television and media, responded with a characteristically playful message of her own: “Twenty-four years of keeping you on your toes,” she wrote, adding humorously, “The warranty might’ve expired, but I suppose we are what one would call, perfectly imperfect.”

The couple’s posts drew hundreds of warm reactions and messages of congratulations from followers and friends, celebrating a love story that has grown stronger through time.
