As summer gets underway and Malta's most popular seaside localities begin welcoming larger crowds, Clean Malta workers are already hard at work ensuring these areas remain clean, welcoming and ready for residents and visitors alike.

Popular summer destinations such as Marsaskala and Birgu are receiving extra attention as the warmer months bring increased footfall, busier promenades and more activity throughout the day.

While many people are still fast asleep, teams of dedicated workers are already out on the streets before sunrise, carrying out cleaning and maintenance works to keep these localities looking their best.

The organisation thanked all cleaning workers for their dedication and daily efforts, noting that their work plays an important role in maintaining the quality of Malta's communities, particularly during the busy summer season.
