Civil Protection Respond To Residential Fire In Birkirkara

The Civil Protection Department responded to a residential structure fire in Birkirkara yesterday.
Firefighters from Fire Stations 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and 11 were deployed to the scene, where they carried out a long and delicate operation to bring the fire under control and prevent escalation.
One resident was reportedly assisted by emergency personnel and admitted to hospital for further treatment.
