Civil Protection Bring Skyparks 2 Fire Under Control

The Civil Protection department, along with the Malta International Airport Fire Section, responded to a structure fire at Skyparks 2 in Luqa, a site under construction.
The surrounding buildings were evacuated as a precautionary measure, with the fire being brought under control and ventilation operations undertaken.
No injuries were reported. CPD Firefighters from Fire Stations 1, 3, 4, and 5 were on site, along with Emergency Department officials, the Malta Police Force and Transport Malta.
