Chef Letizia Completes 2 Week Staging At Denmark’s Alchemist

MasterChef Malta judge Letizia Vella has just returned after two weeks at Copenhagen’s two Michelin star Alchemist where she had the opportunity to stage alongside some of the most passionate chefs around.

During the intensive, Letizia had the chance to hone her own skills and create culinary experiences that would undoubtedly provide her with a new outlook for when she’s back on the island.

‘And Chef Rasmus… what a legend’, she wrote. ‘Unbelievably friendly, outgoing, down-to-earth, and truly inspiring’, she wrote about Rasmus Munk, the culinary entrepreneur.

‘Every bite told a story, every moment challenged perception. A two Michelin star performance that fed the mind as much as the palate’, wrote Letizia as she prepares to jump back into The Golden Fork’s kitchen in Malta.
