Carbonara Wednesdays Coming Back To Porticello Malta

Carbonara Wednesdays are set to make a much-anticipated comeback at Porticello, one of Malta’s top foodie destinations, famed for serving up the creamiest and most indulgent pasta dishes.

Known for its iconic cheese wheel Carbonara, Porticello’s signature dish combines a velvety egg-based sauce with perfectly crisp guanciale, all finished in a nutty cheese wheel for an extra touch of flavour that has kept food lovers coming back for more.

But it’s not just the food that makes Carbonara Wednesdays special. Guests can expect a lively atmosphere, complete with live music and dancing, creating the perfect mix of great dining and entertainment.

The weekly event kicks off on 1st October, with bookings now open for those eager to secure their spot.
