Budget 2026 Approved By Parliament

The 2026 Budget has officially been approved by parliament.
This news was announced by Prime Minister Robert Abela on his social media.
“We just voted in favour of the Budget 2026 with a vote that passed thanks to a government that believes in our country’s economy, and above all else, believes in its people,” stated Abela on Facebook.
“A budget that places families in the centre,” he continued, “thanks to the strong economy that gives a future for our children.”
The budget was released back in October, featuring various tax cuts for working parents, an increase in pension, and investment in the sustainability of businesses.
