Miriana Conte, winner of last year’s Malta Eurovision Song Contest with her song “Kant”, made a striking impression on the MESC red carpet with an iconic look crafted entirely from caution tape.

Speaking about the outfit, Miriana explained that it was far from a “ready-to-wear” creation. The caution tape was tightly wrapped around her body to achieve the desired effect, a process that proved both complex and physically demanding.

The tight strapping restricted her circulation, leading to health concerns that required medical attention. Just an hour before taking the stage, Miriana was administered oxygen to ensure she was fit to perform.

Despite the challenges, the look turned heads on the red carpet, and Miriana was iconic as always.
